SUMMARY:2019 Fort Brooke Spring BALOO Training April 12th-14th
DESCRIPTION:2019 Fort Brooke Spring BALOO Training\nBasic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) (C32) \nThis course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout outdoor program for leaders interested in adding a camping component to their Pack activities. BALOO training consists of an online pre-requisite component in addition to an overnight hands-on practical. BSA’s Cub Scout level camping policies will be taught along with the discovery of the necessary tools to help units carry our a successful camping experience. \nCompletion of this course is mandatory for a MINIMUM OF ONE adult on a Pack overnighter. \nThe course runs from 7 AM Saturday Morning until 1 PM Sunday Afternoon.  Meals are provided. \nYou may camp Friday night and are responsible for your own food. \nWe will be providing babysitting for potty-trained and older youth for leaders taking training during the training sessions.  Youth will be parent’s responsibility between training sessions and overnight. \nRegistration opens Feb.1st @ https://scoutingevent.com/089-23927 \nLocation Camp Broein\, 16901 Boy Scout Rd\, Odessa\, Florida 33556 \n
